At mywisedeals.com (owned by ALPHA.AI INC.) our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

Supported Shipping zones (i.e. countries we ship to): We ship our products to most major countries of the world.

For all the supported shipping zones, all the possible shipping couriers for a product(s), the estimated shipping time and shipping cost for each courier are available at the checkout page. 

Free shipping: All products shipped with the respective couriers for certain major countries have free shipping. This information is available at the checkout page.

For all the shipped orders, all the estimated duties and taxes at customs need to be paid by the customer itself.


Note that “time frame” for order delivery is divided into two parts:

“Processing time”: Order verification, tailoring, and quality check. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

“Shipping time”: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the customer's destination. This time period is determined by the shipping carrier at the checkout page.


Please note that the “Shipping time” is only calculated once the order has been fulfilled and NOT once the order has been placed. So, it is essential to understand that the total “time frame” for your order delivery is cumulative sum of the “Processing time” and “Shipping time”.
