• “Shipping time”: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the customer's destination. This time period is determined by the shipping carrier at the checkout page.
  
• Please note that the “Shipping time” is only calculated once the order has been fulfilled and NOT once the order has been placed. So, it is essential to understand that the total “time frame” for your order delivery is cumulative sum of the “Processing time” and “Shipping time”.

• If you have never received your order, please contact us immediately through the Contact form on the website or send an email to us specifying all the order details like order confirmation number, date of the order processed, your contact details etc. to our contact email at contact-us@alpha-ai.net. 
• We will look into the issue and notify you as to how soon you will be getting your order. If you wish to cancel your order at any stage, you will be refunded fully within 24 hours.

• If you have received a defective order, please email us back immediately with the order details like order confirmation number, date of the order, your contact details etc. along with the pics of the defective product(where the damage happened) to our contact email address at contact-us@alpha-ai.net. 
• If we are satisfied that an already defective product has been shipped, we will refund you fully within 24 hours.

• For already placed orders, customers can instantly make changes and correct mistakes to those orders without the frustrating and slow back and forth with support.
• There is no need for the customers to contact support for editing or cancelling orders.
• Customers can edit/cancel/reorder from the order status page, the order confirmation email and the account page.
